OVERVIEW

In 2017, Metrus signed its first deal with an educational institution, working with Barrack Hebrew Academy at its multi-building campus in Pennsylvania. This venture, which ultimately reduced the school’s energy use by more than 25%, featured a public-private partnership with the State of Pennsylvania's Green Energy Loan Fund (GELF), which finances energy conservation and efficiency improvements for buildings across Pennsylvania.
