OVERVIEW
As part of a multi-phase rollout, Metrus developed and financed $74.3 million in LED lighting upgrades for a Fortune 100 industrial technology customer. The lighting-as-a-service transactions are being implemented at 56 different sites across eleven states. This groundbreaking venture achieves scale and simplicity of approach; in a single stroke, Metrus financed and implemented retrofits at sites thousands of miles apart. These projects are being implemented at leased facilities, which requires obtaining landlord consent to proceed with the ESA, a powerful demonstration of the flexibility of Metrus’ ESA. Metrus is also partnering with this customer on a much larger, nationwide roll out of this efficiency-as-a-service program.
