OVERVIEW
Metrus expanded into higher education by partnering with Wells College, an established sustainability innovator. This efficiency project will significantly improve residential dorms and academic spaces on campus.
The upgrades will also reduce electricity
use by 14% on campus and cut fossil fuel consumption by 28%. Like all Metrus ESA projects, it will be paid for by realized
energy savings.
